Με το βλέμμα των ξένων: η ελληνική κρίση στον διεθνή τύπο

Από την στιγμή που εκδηλώθηκε η κρίση στην χώρα μας, και ειδικότερα από το Καστελόριζο και εξής, η Ελλάδα τοποθετήθηκε στο επίκεντρο του ενδιαφέροντος των μέσων ενημέρωσης στο μεγαλύτερο μέρος του κόσμου, και πάντως σίγουρα στην Ευρώπη και τη Βόρεια Αμερική, για λόγους προφανείς. Η θέση της Ελλάδας στην Ευρωζώνη σε συνδυασμό με τη φύση της παγκοσμιοποιημένης οικονομίας, αποτελεί επαρκή λόγο για να συμβεί κάτι τέτοιο. Από ένα σημείο και μετά, βέβαια, το ενδιαφέρον δεν περιορίστηκε στην κατάσταση της οικονομίας και τις σχετικές εξελίξεις, καθώς η κρίση, ως ανεμένετο, επεκτάθηκε σε όλους τους τομείς της κοινωνικής ζωής.

Ειδικότερα για ορισμένες χώρες, τις πιο ευάλωτες της Ευρωζώνης, ορισμένες εκ των οποίων έτσι κι αλλιώς, ακολούθησαν τη μοίρα της Ελλάδας, προσδενόμενες και αυτές στο άρμα του “διορθωτικού προγράμματος” της Τρόικα, η Ελλάδα λειτουργούσε σαν ένα είδος τρέηλερ για όσα θα υφίσταντο σύντομα και αυτές. Χαρακτηριστικό, πάντως είναι πως, μέχρι πολύ πρόσφατα, το επίσημο πολιτικό σκηνικό αποπειράτο λυσσαλέα να πείσει πως όσα συμβαίνουν στην Ελλάδα δεν αφορούν αυτές τις χώρες -γραμμή την οποία ακολούθησαν και τα μέσα ενημέρωσης των χωρών αυτών· το γεγονός αυτό ήταν εξαιρετικά πρόδηλο, για παράδειγμα στην Ισπανία -σχολιαζόμενο μάλιστα ειρωνικά στο τουήτερ με το hashtag #SpainIsNotGreece -, αντίστοιχη όμως ήταν η τακτική και στην Ιταλία ή την Πορτογαλία, αν και σε λιγότερο έντονο βαθμό.
